• September 30, 2014 Submit eligibility check- approved by agency
• October 2, 2014 Apply with agency
• October 6, 2014 Approved by agency 
• October 7, 2014 Submit signed referral agreement and LOI (Letter of Intent) to agency
• October 8, 2014 Submit signed contract and first agency payment 
• October 9, 2014 LOI is officially submitted to China 
• October 9, 2014 Officially begin "paper chase" 
• October 23, 2014 PA (Pre-Approval) received from China
• January 30, 2015 DTC (Dossier to China)
